Saturday, June 13, 2026
9 am – 1 pm
$55 Early Bird / $65 after May 15th
Learn how to take flowers and leaves and print their image on watercolor paper creating beautiful eco-dyed paper, which can be used in a variety of creative ways such as gift bags, cards, and boxes; wrapping paper; scrapbooking; digital art, and more!
In this class you will create eco-dyed watercolor paper using flowers and leaves layered between paper and sandwiched between stainless steel wire mesh screens, then boiled in a big caldron of rusty water. After the "sandwiches" have cooled it’s time to unwrap and reveal the beautiful, eco-dyed paper - It’s so much fun! You will leave with 10 + sheets of eco-dyed paper and the knowledge to do it yourself at home.

ABOUT ME - YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I have always been an artist and I love to dye paper with plants, create creations from clay, draw cartoons and illustrations, and more. Most of all, I like to share my creative passion and help others find their inner artist.
When I'm not busy as president at FACES: The National Craniofacial Association, I'm at home in my art studio up on Suck Creek Mountain where the surrounding forest and family inspires me. I live with her husband Gary, “The Hippy Fox,” our dog Copper, and cat Critter.
