Whether you're celebrating a milestone, honoring a memory, or capturing a moment of transformation, the commission process is designed to bring your vision to life with care, collaboration, and a touch of mountain magic. Here's how we'll work together to create something no store can offer, a handcrafted heirloom that's uniquely, unmistakably yours.
How the Commission Process Works
Submit Your Vision
Fill out the Commission Inquiry Form sharing details about the custom piece you're envisioning, whether it's a sculpture, pattern design, wearable art, or something else entirely.
Let's Connect
I'll reach out within 48 hours (usually much sooner!) to discuss your vision, answer questions, and finalize pricing based on your specific requests.
Secure Your Spot
A 50% deposit reserves your commission and gets me started. I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. Balance due upon completetion.
Creation Begins
I'll start bringing your vision to life, crafting the foundation of your piece. I'll share progress updates as I work, and adjustments can be made during the early stages.
Adding the Details
Over the creation period, I'll add all the finishing touches, whether that's intricate sculptural details, pattern refinements, or special elements that make your piece uniquely yours.
It's Ready for You
The remaining balance is due upon completion. Local pickup is available at Bud's Creative Arts Center in a RandomFox craft bag with tissue (gift wrapping available for $10). Shipped pieces travel via USPS Priority Mail with tracking (shipping cost covered by customer).
What is your return policy?
Custom commissions are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as each piece is uniquely created for you. I share progress photos during creation so you can see your vision coming to life. If a commissioned piece is refused upon completion, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
